After Progressives Swept School Board Races, Bronson Leads in Mayoral Runoff

A disturbing unofficial release of numbers today from the Municipal Clerks Office shows that anti-LGBT fringe candidate David Bronson who has been fined twice by APOC — now leads in the Anchorage Mayoral runoff election with 50.18% of the vote. 278 votes separate Dunbar and Bronson.

Last month, progressive candidates swept each school board race, and Anchorage voted for President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

Today's unofficial results include roughly 4,000 ballots, and 76,022 ballots have been counted thus far. The Elections Center has received around 80,000 ballots, not including those cast on Election Day.

No further numbers are expected to be released this evening.
