Fighting COVID-19 Together with Facts

The Alaska Black Caucus (ABC) will hold a "Community Conversation: Fighting COVID-19 Together with Facts" event today, Sunday September 19 from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Zoom. The Community Conversation will be held with medical experts and will be centered on the disparities and challenges presented by COVID-19 in the BIPOC community.

Individuals can register to attend the online Zoom event here. For those individuals who are 'zoomed out,' the event will be livestreamed on the Alaska Black Caucus Facebook page.

Please note that this week's Community Conversation comes with a "trigger warning." The Alaska Black Caucus says content for the event contains information and discussions on traumatic experiences, racial discrimination, interpersonal violence, police violence, death and dying, mental illness, mental health crisis, sexual abuse, or incarceration, which some readers may find triggering.
