Little Dipper Diner Petition for Review Denied

An Anchorage diner that defied the Municipality of Anchorage’s temporary emergency order prohibiting indoor dining in August petitioned the Alaska Supreme Court last month to review Judge Marton’s ruling requiring the diner to comply with the order.

On October 14, 2020, Alaska’s highest court denied the request, bringing an end to the diner’s legal battle against the Municipality of Anchorage over COVID-related business closures.
