Little Dipper Diner Petition for Review Denied

An Anchorage diner who defied the Municipality of Anchorage's temporary emergency order prohibiting indoor dining in August, petitioned the Alaska Supreme Court last month asking it to review Judge Marton's ruling ordering the diner to comply with the emergency order.

On October 14, 2020, Alaska's highest court denied the diner's request, bringing an end to the legal saga against the Municipality of Anchorage over Covid-related business closures.
